Common questions

The camera is black or says it's unavailable. Check Settings › PhotoGuide › Camera, and close other apps that may be using the camera (FaceTime, video calls).
Photos aren't saved. Allow access in Settings › PhotoGuide › Photos.
No poses appear. Pose guides download over the internet the first time; once downloaded they also work offline.
Dual video isn't available. Recording with front and back cameras at once needs an iPhone XS or later.
